Description

Decking floor - set for stretch tent of 6.5 x 6.5

A decking floor is an ideal and user-friendly solution to (temporarily) provide a solid surface for visitors. The floors can easily be combined and slid together to cover a large area. The decking floor of durable spruce wood is FSC-certified.

This has been specifically put together to cover the surface underneath a 6.5 x 6.5 m stretch tent. When creating the set, we took into account that the floor elements are mutually braced, so that they cannot shift and they create one solid whole.

This set contains floor for a surface of 7 x 6.5 m tent and contains

  • 13 floor parts of 0.5 x 1 m
  • 26 floor parts of 0.5 x 3 m

Use

We strongly recommend not enclosing your decking (and wood in general) in a tent when the floor is still damp, especially in warm weather. It's best to wait to attach sidewalls to your tent until the floor is completely dry. Otherwise, black spots may appear on the floor and negatively affect the durability of the wood.

The decking floor is made from durable spruce wood of quality C and is FSC certified.
Depending on the surface area required, more or fewer pieces of floor will have to be used. There are three sizes of decking floor. The pieces are each 50 cm wide and 100 cm, 200 cm or 300 cm long.
The decking floor is built with different pieces. The pieces of decking floor are always 50 cm wide and 20 mm thick. There are 3 lengths: 100 cm, 200 cm or 300 cm.
For the best result, the pieces of decking floor are always staggered. In this way you create one solid whole. It is therefore best not to build the floor with one length of decking floor pieces, but to combine pieces of different lengths.
We strongly recommend that you do not lock your decking floor (and wood in general) in a tent when the floor is still damp, especially in hot weather. So it's best to wait to mount sidewalls on your tent until the floor is completely dry. Otherwise, black spots may appear on the floor and have a negative impact on the durability of the wood.
