A folding tent offers great flexibility because it is very compact and light. Two people can set it up in less than a minute and, contrary to popular belief, a folding tent does not need to be less sturdy than other types of tent.

This AluLite folding tent is the ideal choice for those looking for a tent for rather sporadic or semi-professional use. All its features - and the 1.5 mm wall thickness in particular - make this tent the perfect solution for short-term use.

Aluminium frame
The aluminium frame has a square profile of 42 x 42 mm with rounded corners and a wall thickness of 1.5 millimetres. Also, all connectors, where many forces come together in wind, are made of cast aluminium, not painted steel or plastic. The edges and corners of the connectors are rounded, which prevents the frame from cutting into the roof. A widening is incorporated between the two arms of the scissor pieces, so the roof tarpaulin never gets stuck when the tent is closed.
Thanks to the large 10 x 10 cm base plates, the folding tent stands securely on its legs at all times. The distinctive green spring in the middle of the roof structure of the folding tents ensures that the roof tarpaulin remains under tension.
Roof and side walls
The roofs and side walls are made of 320 g/m² - 420 D polyester with a PVC coating on the inside, making the easy-up tent completely waterproof (ISO 811: 294 mbar) when assembled correctly. In addition, all tarpaulins are mildew-resistant, UV-blocking and fire-retardant (M1). The roof is fitted with PVC protective caps in the corners, which give the tarpaulin additional protection against friction with the frame.
The sidewalls are fastened to the roof across the entire width with velcro, preventing water from flowing between the roof and the sidewalls. They are also fastened completely with Velcro around the tent legs from top to bottom, making the easy-up tent water- and windproof on the sides and corners as well.
