How can I order a product at Above & Beyond?
Our webshop allows you to easily select and order your preferred products. Simply click on the desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Would you rather see the products in person and receive advice from an expert? Then make sure to visit our showroom in Mouscron. Our team will be happy to assist you.

How do I choose the right anchoring?
The type of anchoring depends on the product and the type of surface it will be placed on. Our team is happy to provide the correct advice.
Is shipping available?
Shipping is possible for most products. The shipping cost will appear when you proceed to check out your cart. For some larger products, a custom shipping quote will be prepared and communicated via email.Deliveries are carried out, depending on the volume and location, by external transport partners. A transport fee is added for home delivery.
Goods can only be dispatched after we have received payment in our account. Unfortunately, a copy of the bank transfer cannot be accepted as valid proof of payment.
Where can I pick up my order?
Products in stock can be picked up the same day at Above & Beyond, located at 102 Jules Vantieghemstraat in Mouscron. These products are marked with the label "immediately available" on the webshop.Please note that stock levels change frequently, which may lead to an item being out of stock at the time of your order. In this case, we will contact you to inform you about the availability.
Once we have received your order, our team will prepare everything for you. Please account for possible waiting times during peak season. Pickup at our showroom is always FREE of charge.
Goods can only be collected after payment has been received. Payment options at our office include cash, debit card, and VISA.
When will my order be ready?
This depends on the product you have ordered and whether it is a custom product or a standard product in stock. Check the stock levels on the webshop or the email communication for more details.
Do you assist with installing the products I ordered?
We do not install products ourselves but have a network of certified partners who can do so. Contact us by email or through our contact form, and we will connect you with a certified partner in your region.
